How:

• Please open the program Paint, WordPad or Notepad. Then click on the Help menu, select Help Topics, or press F1 for more convenience.
• In the Help Topics window, click the question mark icon in the upper left corner, then select the Jump URL.
• A Pop-Up window will appear with the name of the Jump URL. Type the url you want to complete, for example http://www.aaa.com and not just www.aaa.com. Once again wrote to the full including the http://www
